I recently had a louvered pergola installed in my backyard by United States Awning, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect design and materials to match my home and outdoor space. The installation crew was punctual, respectful, and worked efficiently to get the job done. The pergola itself is stunning — it’s exactly what I envisioned and more. The quality of the craftsmanship is top-notch, and I can already tell it will last for years to come. Thanks to Jordan, Steve, Ali, and the install crew for all that they did.

I recently spoke with sales rep, Marvin regarding motorized pergola options, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to explain the different models, features, and pricing in a way that was easy to understand. The quote was very clear, detailed, and competitive, and I appreciated the transparency about timelines. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d recommend working with Marvin if you’re considering a motorized pergola!

I really need to express the amazing job that United States Awning did at our house!! Omar and Marshall Fouts the team leads were incredible as were the entire team. They communicated well and had alot of patience with me on placement. We did canopies above the garage and at the back of the house by the pool and Bahama Shutters on the 2nd story… The wait was quite a while but the effect is gorgeous! and worth the time it took….. They are by far the very best in town. The fabrication and materials are so beautiful… I did a lot of research before my decision and everything I read about them being excellent was right!

We had an awning installed about 3 years ago. Unfortunately the heat seal started to fail and they immediately came out and identified that it was something unrelated to wear and tear and offered to replace the fabric at no charge except for the labor of taking down the awning and putting it back up. They ordered the material and took the awning down and within less than a week are scheduled to replace the awning with the new fabric. These folks really have a fantastic reputation in town and we would have no hesitation using them again and again. Communication is excellent. They continue to warrantee their products and the crew that they send out is very respectful. Great experience all around.
