United States Awning has been based in Sarasota for roughly seventy years, and family owned since 1935. Everything we install here is designed, fabricated and finished a few miles from the job site. That proximity is the whole argument: site visits get scheduled quickly, a service call does not wait on a route from another county, and a recover comes off the same patterns we cut the first time.

Sarasota work runs the full range — a single door canopy on a bungalow off Orange Avenue, a dining-terrace canopy downtown, storefront awnings on St. Armands, motorized screens on a Siesta Key lanai, and large aluminum shade structures for general contractors. Coastal exposure drives the specification: solution-dyed acrylic or Ferrari membrane, stainless and corrosion-resistant fasteners, and finishes that hold up to salt air.
